A new ARC campus is taking shape along Greenlawn Boulevard

Austin Regional Clinic is expanding its Round Rock footprint with a new two-level medical campus at 3207 Greenlawn Blvd., designed to combine specialty physician clinics and an outpatient surgery center in the same building. The development is positioned to shift some specialty care currently delivered at ARC’s longstanding Round Rock location to the new site as services come online.

The project includes two distinct operations in the building: ARC Greenlawn Specialty on the second floor (Suite 200) and ARC Surgery Center North on the first floor (Suite 100). The specialty clinic is planned as a 22,000-square-foot facility, while the surgery center is planned as an outpatient facility intended to support procedures that do not require overnight hospitalization.

What services are expected, and when

ARC has identified the second-floor specialty clinic as offering Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Podiatry, along with Audiology. The first-floor surgery center is expected to provide outpatient surgical services tied to several of those specialties and includes ENT, General Surgery, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Orthopedics, and Podiatry among its listed service lines.

ARC’s published timelines indicate the Surgery Center North was scheduled to open in December 2025, while the specialty clinic was described as “coming early 2026.” Earlier planning information described a targeted opening window during fall 2025 for the overall project, reflecting a timeline that has evolved as development progressed.

Changes for patients currently using ARC Round Rock

ARC has stated that effective Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, a group of physicians and advanced practice clinicians are seeing patients at ARC Greenlawn Specialty rather than at ARC Round Rock (940 Hesters Crossing Road). The shift includes clinicians associated with podiatry, audiology, orthopedics, and ENT-related care, among others, indicating a redistribution of specialty services within the Round Rock market.

  • New specialty clinic address: 3207 Greenlawn Blvd., Suite 200, Round Rock

  • New surgery center address: 3207 Greenlawn Blvd., Suite 100, Round Rock

  • Existing ARC Round Rock address: 940 Hesters Crossing Road, Round Rock

Why the expansion matters in a growing health-care corridor

The Greenlawn project adds new outpatient capacity in Round Rock at a time when the broader area is seeing multiple health-care expansions and new facilities planned over the next several years. For patients, the practical impact will center on where specialty appointments and certain procedures are scheduled, and whether consolidation of clinic and surgery services in one campus reduces travel between locations.

Patients with established care at ARC Round Rock may see specialty appointments reassigned to the new Greenlawn location beginning Jan. 19, 2026, depending on clinician and service availability.

ARC has directed patients to its scheduling tools and clinic updates for the latest timing and provider-location details as the Greenlawn campus phases into full operation.
